The SSFN series luminaire is a versatile one-piece stainless steel floodlighting product used in environments where protection is needed from liquids or gasses.
The SSFN series fixture is available with a heavy-duty yoke mount and several mounting accessories that offer the mounting flexibility that our customers need. Commonly used on offshore and on land based drilling rigs, in waste water treatment plants, mining facilities, marine ports & docks, military facilities, pulp and paper, power generation and other areas where hazardous location, wet/damp location or marine grade fixtures are needed.
One additional feature that makes this luminaire the preferred choice of engineers, contractors and maintenance professionals is that the SSFN series fixture is the only HID solution approved for environments where restricted breathing equipment is necessary that does not require annual testing of the restricted breathing listing to maintain it. This safety feature alone separates the SSFN from its competition.
The stainless steel body is available in 304 and 316, offering both levels of corrosion resistance and protection from the salt air environment. It is also the only stainless floodlight on the market with a one-piece body. No weld seams mean no weak points and better performance. Available with metal halide and high-pressure sodium lamps up to 1000 watts with a wide variety of beam spreads, this product can be designed to meet your needs. It is also available in a wide selection of voltage and wattage options. |
